Description
The most popular system in the DURALUM line. The panel is composed of an aluminum plate of at least 1/8 “(3.2mm) and “Z” shape aluminum extrusion. These extrusions are fixed to the rear of the panel by Stud welding with nut and washer. This exterior cladding offers an elegant look with these joints of 3/4″ wide and 1″ deep. In order to offer a neater look, it is possible to add an aluminum joint cover « filler » in the joints to hide the fixing screws. The aluminum plate, extrusions and joint cover can be painted in the same color. It is possible to have a painted finish, wood finish or anodized finish and even used other materials, such as stainless steel.
The DA-1000 product is recognized for its ease of installation and allows for architectural panels to be independent of each other.
