Description
This system was developed to allow joints as small as 1/8″. Another reason for the FC-400 is to offer compatibility with the DA-4000 system of the DURALUM line. The assembly consists of a 1″ composite aluminum material folded over the entire perimeter of the panel, then assembled with 2mm aluminum fasteners. Joint widths and system depth are variable, as long as the minimum depth is 1 1/8″.Normally, this system is used when you want long narrow panels installed vertically or horizontally. For example, panels of maximum ±24″ x 144″. Installation is by interlocking from left to right or from bottom to top and allows non-visible panel joints.
