PRODUCTS TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

To have all the characteristics of a particular panel system, you can directly access the download page by clicking on the following link. You can also consult the product page to filter the systems according to certain characteristics. On the product page, the comparison tool will make it easier for you to understand the difference between each of the systems by drawing up a comparison table.

PRODUCTS INSTALLATION GUIDE (PDF/CAD)

For each of our products an installation guide is available in Adobe PDF and AutoCAD format. These documents illustrate the different installation methods (on plywood or on galvanized steel substructure). You will find several typical junction details for an example project. You must be registered on the portal of our website in order to obtain the AutoCAD versions of the installation guides.

PRODUCTS TYPICAL SPECIFICATIONS

To facilitate the specs writing task, you can download a typical spec document about our products. If you have any questions regarding the specifications, please do not hesitate to contact a representative.

SAFETY DATASHEET (SDS)

In order to keep the exterior clading of your project clean and in good condition, it is important to follow the supplier’s recommendations for surface maintenance. Note that certain warranties require that the maintenance has been done and followed with precision. Information can be found on the download page by clicking on the following link.

RAIN SCREEN TEST REPORT (AAMA508 / 509)

All of our systems are developed on the principle of drained and back ventilated rain screen wall cladding systems. The AAMA509 standard is used to assess and classify the performance of a system on its ability to manage water, limiting water from hitting the air/water barrier (AWB) and allowing for the subsequent drying within the cavity via ventilation.
Our FC-100 system has also successfully passed the AAMA508 test used to assess the performance of pressure-equalized rain-screen wall cladding systems. You will find the test reports on the download page by clicking on the following link.

FIRE TEST REPORT (CAN/ULC S134 & S102)

CAN ULC-S134 is a standard method of fire test of exterior wall assemblies. CAN ULC-S102 is a standard method of test for surface burning characteristics of building materials and assemblies. CAN ULC-S135 is a standard method of test for determination of degrees of combustibility of building materials using an oxygen consumption calorimeter (Cone calorimeter).
Our FC-100 product has successfully passed the ULC S102 and ULC S134 tests. In addition, several manufacturers of aluminum composite have also passed this test with their type PE and FR. Among others, our DA-1000 and DA-3000 products have been tested for ULC S135 and successfully passed the test. You will find the test reports on the download page by clicking on the following link.

LEED – ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCT DECLARATION (EPD)

The Environmental product declaration (EPD) is a rigorous and recognized communication tool. By selecting products with an EPD, building project can earn credits towards the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system certification. In LEED v4 and v4.1, points are awarded in the Materials and Resources category.
3D Panels has done the EPD with AluQuebec, which includes life cycle assessment (LCA) result for raw material supply, transport and manufacturing modules (cradles-to-gate). See our industry-average environmental product declaration on the technical resource page by clicking on the following link.
